In 2022, we had the honor of being selected by the prestigious architecture studio OIB to carry out the installations for an avant-garde single-family home located in the heart of Palma. This project is distinguished by its bold architectural design, characterized by extensive windows and open spaces that provide a sense of spaciousness and seamless connection with the urban environment.

The execution of this project presented unique challenges, especially due to height and space restrictions, which demanded unprecedented precision and creativity from our technical team. The goal was to integrate advanced underfloor heating and home automation systems without compromising the minimalist aesthetics and functionality of the space.

We highlight in this project the implementation of the KNX system by Jung, renowned for its innovation in home automation. This technology not only brings elegant design and exceptional operability in line with the needs of a 21st-century home but also enables comprehensive and centralized management of the house. Through an iPad and the Confort Click server, absolute control over various aspects of the home is achieved, including lighting, HVAC, audio and video systems, curtains, and security.

The integration of SIRI into this system represents a step forward in the interaction between the home and its occupants, facilitating voice control of all installations. This functionality not only enhances the level of comfort and efficiency but also reflects our commitment to incorporating cutting-edge technological solutions that enrich the daily lives of users.
