Between 2020 and 2022, we had the privilege of working on a single-family residence in Palma de Mallorca, an ambitious project entrusted to us by OHLAB, a renowned international architecture studio. This project stood out for its complexity and high demands in quality, both in the design and execution of comprehensive electrical, home automation, plumbing, HVAC, and sanitation installations.

The structure of the home, distributed across four blocks at different levels, presented significant challenges that tested the skill and ingenuity of our technical and project management team. These challenges only served to enhance our dedication and commitment to excellence, driving us to achieve an exceptional final result.

Home automation, in particular, plays a fundamental role in this residence, providing a unified interface for the control of lighting, HVAC, audio and video systems, and security.
