In 2023, we embarked on a truly exceptional project: the realization of comprehensive installations for a single-family home located at the peak of one of the most exclusive areas of Calvià. This project not only posed a challenge due to its privileged location but also due to the level of innovation and quality demanded of us, both in design and functionality. The home is distinguished by its advanced home automation system, which represents the forefront in the integration of smart home technologies. This system allows residents to efficiently and conveniently manage lighting, HVAC, security, and entertainment, all with the ease of a single touch or voice command.

One of the highlights of this residence is the spectacular Home Cinema, designed to offer an unparalleled audiovisual experience, reflecting the high standard of quality and comfort of the home. To achieve this, high-fidelity components from brands such as Bowers and Wilkins and JVC were selected, ensuring the best possible sound and visual experience.

Thermal comfort is ensured through a radiant floor heating system powered by a heat pump, along with Mitsubishi’s VRF air conditioning, one of the most efficient and reliable solutions on the market. Additionally, the SIBER ventilation system with heat recovery plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal air quality at all times, complementing the project’s vision of sustainability and energy efficiency.
